Bullfighting tent, and enjoy the gastronomy of the Jerez Fair

Box Taurine, y enjoy de la gastronomy de la Fair de Jerez

Jerez is getting ready for the Feria. And so are we. From today until next Sunday, May 18th, we're opening the doors once again to our Bullfighting Booth at El Bosque restaurant, right at the entrance to the fairgrounds. To enjoy the unique cuisine of the Horse Fair, we've created a menu based on the excellence of our products. Andalusian cuisine and wines from the Jerez region. A perfect pairing.

Rice with Sanlúcar prawns, oxtail in aged oloroso sherry, salmorejo, spinach with chickpeas, braised pork cheeks in palo cortado sherry… washed down with fino, oloroso, or cream sherry, are just some of the secrets hidden behind the scenes at the fair booths. Life at the Feria revolves around food and wine.

These days, El Bosque becomes a must-see destination. Its prime location, right at the entrance to the Fairgrounds, is always a perfect starting point for those heading to enjoy the festivities. We adapt the restaurant menu to the offerings of the Bullfighting Tent. Traditionally, many of our customers reserve their table year after year to host family meals before venturing into the fairgrounds or heading to the bullring.

After lunch, as evening falls and we return from the Fair, we also serve our customers at the Bullfighting Tent. The day at the Fair is nonstop. The perfect end to an intense day at the fair is at the restaurant, where Andalusian cuisine meets the wines of the Jerez region.
