Ingredients (4 people):

Half a liter of cream

50 grams of brown sugar

30 ml water

Two sheets of gelatin

50 grams of chocolate coating

10 grams of butter

Liquid caramel and hot chocolate for decoration
Preparation:
First, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and then refrigerate it to chill. Meanwhile, make a caramel with the sugar and water, add the two gelatin sheets (which you've previously soaked in cold water), and let it all cool completely. Once it's thoroughly chilled, very slowly and gently fold the caramel into the cream until the mixture has a mousse-like consistency. Pour this mousse into a round mold, filling it halfway, and refrigerate it until set.
Meanwhile, heat the chocolate coating and mix it with the butter. Add a little of this chocolate to the mousse and pour the rest of the mousse into a bowl in the refrigerator until it covers the entire cake. Then let it cool completely.
Once it's set and ready, decorate the base of the dish with hot chocolate, unmold the bowl, and decorate the top with caramel. Your guests will never forget this experience.
