At Alfonso Catering, we have the experience. We've catered numerous weddings and parties on the beach. The sands of El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Chiclana, Punta Umbría, and Tarifa have served as the backdrop for our catering setups. Our clients have also enjoyed the breathtaking seascapes of Los Alemanes beach in Zahara de los Atunes and Agua Amarga. Vistahermosa, Sotogrande or Fuentebravía from the bastion of their houses facing the sea.

We can't limit ourselves when it comes to catering. That said, we start from the ground up. Logistics are fundamental to successful catering.

Permissions

It's up to you, the couple, to request permission from the local council of the beach where you'll be holding your wedding. The process is simple, so get started! If you dream of also holding your wedding ceremony on the beach, you can count on us. Chairs, candles, carpeting, ceremony table… Leave it all to us. To ensure the success of a beach event, the first thing we do is study the outdoor location and check the weather forecast. Public Relations, Maintenance, and Logistics take care of everything.

The lighting

You can never have too many candles. We all know they provide a nice touch and create a special, intimate atmosphere. But if the catering setup is far from streetlights or houses, you'll need to supplement it with lamps and a generator. A lighting technician should be on hand throughout the night to handle any unexpected issues.

The menu

We need to carefully consider the kitchen's placement. Health regulations require strict refrigeration and food handling protocols that are absolutely essential to ensure the smooth running of the banquet. We position the refrigerated truck in a virtually invisible location so as not to disrupt the guests' experience. We always recommend choosing a menu that complements the ambiance.

The montage

The setup was a must! It had to be done quickly and professionally to respect the time when beachgoers were enjoying themselves. Simplicity and attention to detail were key in the aesthetics of the tables, the centerpieces, the cutlery, the chairs, the waiters' uniforms, the lighting, the ambiance, the guests, and the joy of enjoying the most important party of your lives on the beach.
