By expanding the use of the facade lounges, courtyard lounge, and dining room, the capacity can reach 285 people. For cocktail-style events, utilizing all the spaces on the ground floor—such as the horse yard, carriage house, various lounges, and gardens—the house can accommodate up to 300 guests, allowing for fully customized celebrations.
