A safe choice

The estate, with its over 1.200 m2 of halls and over 4.500 m2 of gardens, is a sure bet. Surrounding it are preserved the typical facilities of rural life: stables that still maintain their 19th-century design, Triana tiles, and a wrought-iron structure by Anglada, where expert riders elevate dressage to an art form every day in a spacious 600 m2 riding arena.

Span and versatility

In the bullring, where fighting bulls were once selected, lively heifer trials are now held. Next to the barn and the engine house, a parking area of over one hectare has been set aside.

The old-fashioned picnic area, draped in vines and ivy, is the perfect place for receptions. It's a delight to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views of the bay and feeling the sea breeze.

The porch of each hall, covered with old Arabic tiles and full of archways, is the perfect complement to the rooms where earthy colors like ochre, red ochre, and indigo blend in a harmonious contrast. The interior layout and versatility allow these halls to be adapted to accommodate up to 1.000 people.

The day before the wedding, we were forced to change the venue because del Tiempo And although the situation was quite surreal, the way they handled it was simply amazing. Without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for the entire wedding was choosing them as our caterers. It's in challenging moments that their experience, professionalism, and the calming effect they provide truly shine. Beyond the last-minute change, everything was spectacular: the organization, the service, and, of course, the food. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed it, and not a single person failed to tell us how delicious it was.   Choosing Catering Alfonso for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very first moment to the very end of the event, everything was impeccable. Our guests were delighted with the food: the appetizers were a hit, the main courses exceeded all expectations, and the risotto was one of the highlights of the evening. The table decorations, with the pomegranates, were spectacular; an elegant and original touch that everyone admired. The service was outstanding. The maître d' was attentive to every detail, guiding us every step of the way so we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Isabel, the Head Waitress, was also incredibly attentive, providing exquisite service that made us feel truly cared for. We are so happy to have chosen them.   We got married in the Bodega Luis Pérez and we chose Alfonso Catering because we knew they had many years of experience. Virginia gave us a lot of confidence and excellent recommendations throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, the service was fantastic, even though we had to modify the cocktail hour plan due to the bad weather. tiempoThey were incredibly attentive to everything at all times.   Our experience with Catering Alfonso was quite good. We got married in October at Dehesa Bolaños and started the catering preparations with Begoña, who took excellent care of us throughout the process. A few months later, Virginia took over and was also very attentive. For a wedding of almost 300 people, we felt the service was fantastic. Even now, our guests tell us how delicious the oxtail rice was. The sushi table was also a huge hit; everyone loved it, and even though they replenished it several times, the sushi disappeared so quickly! The table service, overseen by Isabel, the maître d', was perfect. Everything went off without a hitch. tiempo and the meal lasted tiempo Agreed: 1 hour 45 minutes. We'd also like to highlight their attention to all food intolerances. Everyone ate wonderfully! The catering team is made up of experienced waiters as well as younger ones who bring fresh ideas. We think this variety is a real plus. As for the open bar, nothing was lacking, and the hot dog and hamburger station for the late-night snack was fantastic. We want to emphasize that the caterer accepted some of our more original requests: a double-sided menu design of our own, a Soho's station for the appetizers, and another for fritters for the late-night snack (this was a huge hit!). If we had to suggest an improvement, it would be regarding the choice of tableware and linens. While there is a variety to choose from, many options are also shown that add extra to the final price. Considering the quantities typically used at a wedding, we believe that all the options shown should be included in the price. To conclude, and considering ourselves to be demanding customers, we can only recommend this catering company and express our deep gratitude, especially to Virginia, for the organization and for being part of the best day of our lives!!!

  Amazing catering, with even better service. We got married on September 13th in Bolaños. We didn't know the caterer at all, but as soon as we met Virginia, who was in charge of guiding us through the whole process, we knew nothing could go wrong. But we were already captivated at the menu tasting; we didn't know what to choose because everything was so delicious. And it's clear that if there's one thing our wedding guests talk about, it's the food and the service, for which they all rave. P.S. We're still dreaming about the sirloin steak in Jabugo ham sauce; it couldn't have been more delicious. She exuded professionalism at all times, which made us confident that everything would go perfectly. Also, something very important to us was not feeling like just another number; we never felt like we were simply another couple, and that was key to enjoying the whole experience. As for the food, we can only say that everything was excellent. Our guests haven't stopped telling us how delicious everything was, and we, of course, agree. The hot appetizers were served freshly made, and the ham carving station was fantastic.
